– Our focus
Our coffee is sourced from Sajang, Sembalun, East Lombok, a highland coffee-growing area located at approximately 1,100–1,200 meters above sea level for our Arabica coffee. We work with carefully selected coffee from local sources and apply appropriate processing methods, including Full Washed for Arabica and Dry/Natural processing for Robusta.
Quality control focuses on important factors such as coffee grading, defect levels, moisture content, and bean size. From sourcing and processing to preparation for export, we emphasize careful handling to help maintain product quality and consistency.
